摘    要:采用频率法测量索力,索长的取值和频率的测量精度决定了索力的测量结果,频率的测量较为方便且精度可以满足工程要求,索长的确定成为该法测量索力的关键;由于阻尼器等因素的影响,使得索长的取值难以确定,从而致使用频率法测量的索力结果误差较大;在对斜拉索施工张拉过程及阻尼器安装前后索力测量数据分析的基础上,提出两次等效索长的概念,...
