| Abstract: | The author firstly reviewed the proposition , intension and theory developing of corporate governance of the hospital , andanalyzed the urgency of setting up the corporate governance of non-profit hospital held by government, and has probed into the main content andkey problems faced of setting up hospital corporate governance. |
