摘    要:为了适应富台油田和渤深6井区深层、高温碳酸盐岩油藏酸化压裂改造的需要,通过反相乳液聚合反应合成了一种新型的YLG-1高分子共聚物,将该共聚物溶解到盐酸中,可以形成一种新型的耐高温胶凝酸体系。室内实验表明,该胶凝酸体系在质量分数为25%的盐酸中,当温度达到170℃时,其粘度值仍大于25mPa·s。利用YLG-1胶凝剂配制的胶凝酸体系,可以有效地提高酸液的粘度,降低胶凝酸岩与碳酸盐岩岩心的反应速度,提高酸刻蚀裂缝的穿透深度。在富台油田和渤深6井区碳酸盐岩油藏的酸化压裂中取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract:A new gelling agent YLG- 1 for acid treatment and fracturing in Futai and Boshen 6 oilfields with high temperature and big depth was synthesized. The experiment shows that the viscosity of the gelled acid compounded by 25 % hydrochloric acid and 1.5 % YLG 1 gelling agent exceeds 25 mPa·s at 170℃. The gelled acid system prepared with YLG- 1 gelling agent could provide high viscosity acid, reduce fluid loss and reaction rate,and generate deeper fracture penetration when it was used in the acid treatment and fracturing in carbonate reservoirs of Futai and Boshen 6 oilfields. Good results have been obtained.
