腹针联合艾灸对胃切除术后患者胃肠功能及胃肠激素水平的影响

目的:观察腹针联合艾灸对胃切除术后患者胃肠功能及胃肠激素水平的影响。方法:选取胃切除术后患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理和艾灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予腹针疗法。比较2组临床疗效及瘦素、胃促生长素、胃动素等胃肠激素水平。结果:观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组瘦素、胃促生长素、胃动素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组瘦素、胃促生长素、胃动素水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组瘦素、胃促生长素、胃动素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为10.00%,观察组为12.50%,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃切除术后患者采用腹针联合艾灸治疗,有助于恢复胃肠蠕动,改善胃肠激素水平,临床疗效较好。

Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion on Gastrointestinal Function and Gastrointestinal Hormone Levels in Patients After Gastrectomy

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion on gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients after gastrectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients after gastrectomy were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative care and moxibustion for treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with abdominal acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and gastrointestinal hormone levels such as leptin,ghrelin and motilin were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 77.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,first exhaust time,first defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of levels of leptin,ghrelin and motilin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of leptin,ghrelin and motilin in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%in the control group and 12.50%in the observation group,there being no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion is helpful for the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis and the improvement of gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients after gastrectomy,with great clinical therapeutic effect.
