穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压在原发性高血压中的应用

目的:观察穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压应用于原发性高血压中的效果。方法:将82例原发性高血压患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组给予常规药物治疗和护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴和耳穴贴压。测量2组患者干预前后清晨血压水平,并评价2组临床疗效、中医证候评分及生活质量,记录2组干预期间不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组清晨血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组收缩压和舒张压较干预前降低,且观察组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组中医证候评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组中医证候评分较干预前降低,生活质量评分较干预前升高;且观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合耳穴贴压应用于原发性高血压患者中具有显著效果,可改善患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应。

Application of Point Application Combined with Auricular Point Sticking for Essential Hypertension

Objective:To discuss the effect of point application combined with auricular point sticking for essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with routine medicine and nursing,and the observation group was additionally given point application combined with auricular point sticking based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after intervention,the levels of morning blood pressure in the two groups were measured.The clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome scores and quality of life in the two groups were evaluated.During intervention,the adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 92.68%in the observation group and 73.17%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of morning blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the scores of quality of life were increased;the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of quality of life was higher;differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of point application combined with auricular point sticking has significant effect in treating essential hypertension,which can improve quality of life of patients with no obvious adverse reaction.
