Abstract:
The paper introduces the exploration of the training system of top talents majoring in chemistry in Shandong University, and summarizes the training and implementation effect of chemistry-majored top talented students in the past ten years from the aspects of student recruitment, training modes and teaching support, in order to explore the scheme and pattern of chemical innovation personnel training.
