摘    要:介绍了以变频器一软启动器一LOGO!为核心构成的一主一备循环水泵系统的控制原理、硬件接线、软件设计及系统优点.变频调速供水控制系统是一项集现代先进电力电子技术和计算机技术于一体的高效节能技术,自投入工业应用以来,它给水泵控制系统带来了一场技术革命.变频器调控技术在循环水泵控制系统中的成功应用,有效地解决了控制负荷波动大,调节频繁的难题,证明了变频调速控制系统优越的技术性能和明显的经济效益,具有推广应用价值和进一步的研究价值.

Abstract:The article introduces control principle, hardware wiring, software designing and virtue of circulating pump control system designed by the Frequency Converter-Soft starter-LOGO! system. The technique of the frequency converter control system has high efficiency and energy saving which is based on advanced power electron and computer. Since it is applied in industry field, it has given rise to a technique revolution in the circulating pump control system. It has solved many problems such as big load fluctuation and frequent adjustment by the frequency converter control technique. The result shows that the frequency converter control system has advanced technique, notable benefit, very good application value and further research value.
