摘    要:PLC应用技术类课程的目的是培养学生独立进行项目编程调试的能力。PLC实验设备的采购、维修成本较高,且设备损耗在所难免。由于设备采购及维修、安装周期的限制,影响课程进度的现象频频出现。Factory IO三维仿真软件操作简单,可代替实验设备,适用于PLC应用技术类课程的实验教学。由于软件可自行搭建场景,满足了一人一题的教学要求,也适用于PLC课程设计类的教学。该软件也可应用于仿真PLC控制方向的学生的毕业设计调试,配合触摸屏页面的编辑仿真,提高设计的难度及成果的展示性。

Abstract:he purpose of PLC application technology courses is to cultivate students’ ability to independently carry out project programming and debugging. The procurement and maintenance costs of PLC experimental equipment are high, and equipment loss is inevitable. Due to the limitation of equipment procurement, maintenance and installation cycle, phenomena that affect the use of courses frequently appear. Factory IO 3D simulation software is simple to operate and can replace experimental equipment. It is suitable for the experimental teaching of PLC application technology courses. Since the software can build scenes by itself, it meets the teaching requirements of one person, one question, and is also suitable for the teaching of PLC course design. The software can also be applied to the graduation design debugging of students who simulate PLC control direction. With the editing simulation of the touch screen page, the difficulty of design and the display of results are improved.
