| 摘 要： | 为考察二甲醚发动机独立润滑喷油器的工作特性,对其重要部件———针阀偶件的运动学进行分析,利用AMESim软件建立针阀运动的仿真模型,并对针阀的运动状况、喷油量、润滑介质的泄漏量等特性参数进行仿真分析,并对针阀升程及循环喷油量进行相关台架试验。结果表明,该喷油器的针阀运动状况、喷油规律等特性合理,润滑介质的泄漏量很小,对喷油器性能的影响可以忽略;仿真结果与试验结果的吻合度较好。
