| 摘 要： | 讨论了微芯片电泳仪的原理，以及生化物质高压分离、光学检测部件的设计问题，实验结果表明，仪器准确度高，重复性好，可快速有效地检测到生化物质分离情况。

| Abstract: | The principle and the design of high voltage electrophoresis and optical measurement are discussed in this paper. The experiments show that the high accuracy and good repeatability can rapidly and efficiently measure the substance of the reagent. |
