LF炉合金化模型研究及实现

摘    要:针对现有LF炉合金化模型存在的问题,首先分析了其数学机理,指出LF炉合金化算法的本质是线性规划;然后将LF炉合金化问题转化成线性规划算法的单纯形问题,给出单纯形算法的具体实现步骤,并对算法的计算结果进行数值验证;最后介绍了包含合金化模型的LF炉过程控制系统的实现。系统运行实践表明,该模型收敛速度快,能满足实时生产的需求。

Abstract:According to the existing problems in ladle furnace alloying model,its mathematic mechanism was analyzed first,and it was indicated that the essence of ladle furnace alloying compute is of linear programming.Then the question of ladle furnace alloying was transformed into issue of simplex algorithm,its specific implementation was given,and its result was verified.Finally the ladle furnace process control system with alloying model was introduced.The operation of this system showed that this model converged quickly,and it can meet the need of production in real time.
