轧辊用高钒高速钢、高铬铸铁滚动磨损性能研究

摘    要:研究了高钒高速钢(C:3%,V:10%)和高铬铸铁(Cr26)两种轧辊用材料的力学性能和滚动磨损性能。应用位错理论分析了高钒高速钢、高铬铸铁中碳化物裂纹的形核和滚动磨损的循环特性对材料滚动磨损性能的影响。结果表明,碳化钒内部的纳米亚结构在滚动磨损过程中能够降低裂纹形核率,高钒高速钢磨面及亚表层的循环软化能够延缓疲劳裂纹的扩展,基于以上因素,高钒高速钢滚动耐磨性是高铬铸铁的4.4倍。

Abstract:Rolling friction behavior and mechanical property of high vanadium high speed steel and high chrome cast iron were studied. The effects of carbide cracking and the change of microstructure under cyclic loading on wear resistance of material were discussed. The results show that nanometre mircro-grains in VC decreased the rate of crack nucleation and that cyclic change of metallographic microstructure in worn surface delayed the crack extension. For these reasons, wear resistance of high vanad-ium high speed steel shows better than that of high chrome cast iron.
