奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗惫性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。对照组用复方丹参注射液和依达拉奉注射液静脉滴注，口服肠溶阿司匹林片等；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加奥扎格雷钠注射液80mg静脉滴注，2次／d。2组疗程均为15d。观察2组治疗前后临床疗效（神经功能缺损程度改变）及血液流变学指标的变化。结果2组比较，临床疗效、血液流变学及血脂水平差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效明显优于单独应用依达拉奉，奥扎格雷钠是治疗急性脑梗死安全有效的药物。

Curative effects of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effects of sodium ozagrel combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods 120 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound Danshen injection plus edaravone iv drip bid for 15 days and aspirin enteric-coated tablets. On this basis,the treatment group was treated with sodium ozagrel 80mg iv drip bid for 15 days. Neurological deficit scores and indexes of blood rheology were examined before and after treatment in both groups. Results The clinical effect , blood rheology and blood lipid of the two groups were obviously different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel is better than edaravone alone in the treatment of ACI. Sodium ozagrel is safe and effective on ACI.
