微机谐波监测和滤波器控制装置

摘    要:为了加强对电网及非线性用电设备谐波的在线监测和抑制,介绍了一种微机谐波监测和滤波器控制装置。详细阐述其软、硬件设计原理,并介绍一种高精度平滑滤波算法,该装置可监测、记录和打印多项谐波参数,精度高,实时响应好,同时兼有滤波器投切控制功能,可有效抑制谐波,是电力系统及各类用电设备安全、可靠运行的重要保障。

Abstract:A computer based harmonic monitoring and filter control instrument is introduced.The hardware and software design principles are described in detail.Also a smoothly filtering algorithm with high precision is introduced.It can monitor,log and print several harmonic parameters,and has high precision and good real time response.Filter control function is also involved in it.The instrument can effectively put harmonics under control.It can be used to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of power system and electric facilities.
