虹膜拉钩在小瞳孔玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用

目的 探讨虹膜拉钩在小瞳孔玻璃体手术中应用的安全性.方法 对2000年1月～2005年12月间在安阳市眼科医院行玻璃体切割 晶体切除的病例,按瞳孔的情况分类,观察虹膜拉钩在小瞳孔手术中的应用,对角膜内皮、术后视力、视网膜复位的影响.结果 30例小瞳孔患者,经1～24个月随访,角膜内皮、术后视力、视网膜复位与对照组无显著差异.结论 虹膜拉钩在小瞳孔玻璃体手术中应用安全、方便.

Application of Iris Hook in Vitrectomy Operation of Eyes with Small Pupil

Objective to explore the safety of iris hook in the vitrectomy operation of eyes with small pupil. Methods All the patients were divided into two groups according to the pupil diameter. The writer observed corneal endothelial, postoperative visual acuity and retinal reposition between January 2000 and December 2005. Results 30 cases of small pupil were followed up for 1 to 24 months. There was no significant difference in normal and contrast group. Conclusion Iris hook in the vitrectomy operation of eyes with small pupil is safe and convenient.
