糖、乳酸在人牙原位菌斑中的扩散研究

摘    要:作者用McNee的方法测定了两组人(龋失补牙面指数高者和低者)原位牙菌斑中乳酸、蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖的扩散常数(D),同时测定了原位菌斑密度,并分析了它与蔗糖的扩散常数(Ds)的关系。结果:在人牙原位菌斑中,蔗糖与乳酸的扩散常数无显著差异;两组人原位菌斑的D_L/D_S 无显著差异;三种糖在原位菌斑中的扩散常数无显著差异。我们认为菌斑中酸滞留不是由糖、酸的差速扩散引起的,龋病的发生也与此无直接关系。

Abstract:The diffusion of sugars and lactic acidin human dental plaque was studied. Thediffusion coefficients of sugars (includingsucrose, glucose and fructose) and lacticacid in the plaque adhered on thetooth surface were measured by theadapted method of McNee's. The densitiesof the plaques were obtained by measureand calculation. No significant differencesabout diffusion coefficients were found be-tween sucrose and lactic acid, and amongsucrose, glucose and fructose. Statisticalanalysis showed significant negative corre-lation between diffusion coefficients of su-crose and the densities of human dentalplaque. We observed no significant differ-ences, when comparing the ratios of diffu-sion coefficients of lactic acid to diffusioncoefficients of sucrose of dental plaques be-tween persons with high and those withlow DMF indices. It is concluded that thereis no significient relationship between theeffects of the diffusion of sugars and lacticacid in human dental plaque and cariogen-esis of the dental plaque.
