摘    要:目的:探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定(PFNA)和动力髋螺钉(DHS)种不同内固定方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:某医院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折30例,其中16例患者采用PFNA内固定,14例采用DHS内固定,比较两组各项手术指标、骨折愈合时间及髋关节功能评分等。结果:PFNA组骨折术中出血量、手术时间及髋关节的功能优于DHS组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组骨折愈合时间差异不明显(P〉0.05)。结论:PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简便、出血少、固定牢靠等特点,尤其适用于不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of two different internal fixation ways towards the intertrochanteric fracture by the proximal femoral nail ant rotation (PFNA) and dynamic hip screw (DHS). Methods:30 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were collected,16 cases were treated with PFNA,14 cases were treated with DHS. The different surgical parameters, the healing time of the fracture, complication and the evaluation of the functions of hip joint were compared.Results:the group of PFNA were better than DHS in blood loss in surgical process, surgical time, complication and function of hip joint, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05). no obvious difference were obtained in healing time of fracture(P〉0.05).Conclusion:PFNA have merits of easy operation, less blooding and reliable fixation in intertrochanteric fracture, and are especially suitable for the unstable intertrochanteric femoral fracture.
