个体化健康指导对透析患者抑郁状况的影响简

目的：探讨个体化健康指导对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者心理抑郁状况的改善。方法：选取进行MHD治疗的终末肾病患者90例，了解透析患者的详细情况并采用Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）对患者抑郁原因进行分析评估，随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组MHD患者实行常规健康教育。实验组在常规健康教育的基础上采用个体化健康指导方案进行健康教育。结果：实验组MHD患者不同程度心理抑郁状况均明显改善，提高了患者的生活质量和社会适应能力，延长寿命。结论：实施个体化健康指导是改善MHD患者不同程度心理抑郁状况的重要手段。

The effect of individualized health instruction on depression in dialysis patients

Objective：This paper discussed the improvement of maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients＆#39; mental depression by individualized health guidance. Methods：90 MHD patients with end-stage renal disease were observed and the Zung self-rating depressive scale （SDS） is used to analysis and evaluate the causes of depression of the pa-tients. Divides the MHD patients into the control group and the experimental group stochastically, and routine health education was exert to the control group. Furthermore, the individualized health guidance was used to the experimen-tal group based on the routine health education was applied.Results：The results suggest that the depression of the ex-perimental group has been improved in varying degrees, and thus improved the social adaptive capacity and the quali-ty of life in patients which can extend their life. Conclusions：From this we conclude that individualized health guid-ance is an important method of improving the depression symptoms of MHD patients.
