早发型和晚发型重度子痫前期特点及妊娠结局

目的：探讨早发型和晚发型重度子痫前期特点及妊娠结局。方法：收集重度子痫前期患者104例，其中早发型26例，晚发型78例。比较早发型和晚发型重度子痫前期患者并发症特点及妊娠结局。结果：早发型重度子痫前期患者并发症（低蛋白血症、肝功能损害、胎盘早剥）发生及围生儿死亡率高于晚发型重度子痫前期患者。结论：重度子痫前期严重危害母婴生命安全，尤其是早发型重度子痫前期，及时适当的治疗，能够改善围生儿结局。

The characteristics and pregnancyoutcomes among early and late onset pre-eclampsia

Objective：To investigate data of pre-eclampsia,especially analysis the characteristics of complications and pregnancy outcome of two conditions （ early and late-onset pre-eclampsia）. Methods：A retrospective research was conducted to assess the characteristics of complications and pregnancy among 104 pre-eclampsia （26 early onset, 78 late onset）.Results：Early onset severe preeclampsia patients with complications （hypoalbuminemia, liver function damage, placental abruption, HELLP syndrome） occurs and the perinatal death rate is much higher than late onset se-vere preeclampsia patients. Conclusion：Severe preeclampsia is serious to endanger the safety of maternal and child life, especially early hairstyle severe preeclampsia, appropriate treatment, can improve the perinatal outcome.
