摘    要:以钢渣和脱硫石膏工业废渣为主要原料,掺加适量的激发剂,制备出脱硫石膏基低碱度钢渣胶凝材料,并探讨了其制品应用形式。试验结果表明,钢渣∶脱硫石膏(质量比)=1∶1时,胶凝材料的凝结时间为初凝6 min、终凝9 min,2 h抗折强度2.21 MPa、抗压强度5.06 MPa,1 d抗折强度2.03 MPa、抗压强度4.7 MPa,而7 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到3.59 MPa和12.55 MPa。

Preparation of FGD Gypsum Composite Material Mixed with High Volume Low-Alkalinity Steel Slag
Abstract:Low-alkalinity steel slag was mixed with FGD gypsum to make the gypsum based cementing material containing low- alkalinity steel slag, by adding some appropriate activators. Further application of products produced with this composite cementing material was also discussed. Results showed that, when mass ratio of slag to gypsum was 1:1, setting time of the material was greatly shortened to 6min of initial setting time and 9min of the final. Flexural strengths of 2h, 1d and 7d were separately 2.21MPa, 2.03MPa and 3.59MPa, while the compressive strength of 2h, 1d and 7d were 5.06MPa, 4.70MPa and 12.55MPa.
