日本高校知识产权发展的经验与启示

通过数据对比和趋势分析，对日本高校知识产权发展现状进行了阐述和研究，并对日本高校知识产权申请、产学研结合、管理体系及从业人员等方面的情况进行了系统分析。从增强创新能力的角度，结合我国高校知识产权体系，提出在科学研究、专利申请、知识产权成果的应用及管理、产学研合作机制及知识产权人才培养等方面，值得我国高校借鉴的经验和做法，并指出我国高校应该在鼓励创新的同时，加强质量控制和人才培养，不断提高专利申请质量，健全管理体系和激励机制，不断提高我国高校知识产权管理水平和创新能力。

The Experience and Enlightenment of University Intellectual Property Development in Japan

The intellectual property rights of Japanese universities are expounded through data comparison and trend analysis on the development status.This paper makes a systematical analysis on the Japanese universi-ty intellectual property application,university-industry cooperation,management system and personnel and oth-er aspects of the system analysis.Compared with the intellectual property system in colleges and universities of China from the perspective of enhancing innovation ability,the paper puts forward some experience and methods in the scientific research and patent application and results of intellectual property application and management, production,cooperation mechanism and the intellectual property talent cultivation,which can be adopted by col-leges and universities of China.The paper points out that colleges and universities in China should encourage in-novation at the same time,strengthen the quality control and continuously improve the quality of patent applica-tions of training,improve the management system and incentive mechanism to improve intellectual property man-agement and innovation ability in our country.
