| 摘 要： | 临床伦理陷入了应当引起足够重视的某种困境中：伦理学与临床医学的脱节；医院和医务人员伦理观念的淡化；医患关系的紧张和对立。针对这些困境提出了：建立临床伦理规范，切实提高医务人员的伦理学素质；不断深化医疗体制改革；积极改善医患关系等建议。

| Abstract: | The clinical ethics in current China is being trapped in various plights, including the disjoint of ethics and clinical medicine, the indifference of ethical recognition among hospitals and medial staff, and the tensional and conflicted relationship between doctors and patients, to which noticeable attention should be paid. A series of countermeasures have been raised as follows. The clinical ethics should be established, with medical staff＇s cultivation of ethics trully improved. The healthcare reform should be continuously furthered, to genuinely guarantee the public benefit of clinical healthcare. Positive efforts should be taken aiming to improve the currently tensional doctor - patient relationship, protecting the health interest of the general public. |
