| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿童孤独症全血微量元素水平与孤独症的关系。方法用原子吸收光谱法测定50例儿童孤独症和50例正常儿童全血中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铅(Pb)的含量。结果孤独症组全血铜、钙、镁含量低于对照组,全血铅含量高于对照组。锌、铁含量与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(锌、铁t值分别为0.599和0.645,P值分别为0.550和0.521,P>0.05)。结论孤独症儿童全血中微量元素有明显变化,全血铜、镁、钙和铅含量有更高参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to explore 6 kinds of trace elements level in whole blood of children with Autism.Methods With atomic absorptions spectrophotometer,the six 6 kinds of trace elements(copper、iron、zinc、magnesium、calcium、lead)were determined in whole blood of 50 children with Autism,and 50 age and gender-matched healthy controls.Results The concentrations of Cu,Ca and Mg in the whole blood are lower in Autism group than in the control group.The concentrations of Pb in the whole blood are lower in Autism group than in the control group.Conclusion The trace elements have a significant change in patients with Autism.The concentrations of Cu、Mg、Ca and Pb in the whole blood play a more important role than other elements. |
