利用图像处理技术测定棉粘胶混纺纱的混纺比

研究棉纤维粘胶纤维混纺纱混纺比的测定方法。通过数学形态学操作对棉纤维粘胶纤维混纺纱截面图像进行预处理,并使用光斑扩散方法得到了图像中各个纤维截面的轮廓线。在对半径序列进行傅立叶变换的基础上,将幅度质心系数作为区分粘胶纤维和棉纤维的特征指标。对图像中的目标抽取特征数据,进行聚类和分类。统计各类纤维截面的像素面积,结合两种纤维的密度,计算出棉纤维粘胶纤维混纺纱的混纺比。结果表明:该法能较准确的测定出棉纤维粘胶纤维混纺纱的混纺比。

Detection of Cotton Viscose Blending Ratio by Image Processing

Detection method of cotton viscose yarn blending ratio were studied.Section diagram of cotton viscose blended yarn were pretreated by mathematical morphology operation,each fibre section outline in images were got by spot diffusion method.On the basis of Fourier Transformation radius series,Amplitude Centroid Coefficient(ACC)were taken as characteristic index to distinguish cotton and viscose.The characteristic data were extracted from the targets and undergone clustering and classification.After accumulating pixel areas of each fibre section,the blending ratio of cotton viscose blended yarn is figured out by combining two fibre density.The result shows that this method is exacter used in detecting blending ratio of cotton viscose blended yarn.
