Abstract:Objective:To explore the mechanism of electrical stimulation improves motor recovery in a rat stroke model.Methods:Spragne-dawley(SD)rats were subjected to establish the stroke model and randomly divieded into ischemic group,electrical stimulation group,sham operation group and normal group.Electrical stimulation was used 90 min after the operation,30 min/d.The expressions of LINGO1 and NgR1 were measured with RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry at 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d respectively after the ischemia.Results:M...
