| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期宫颈癌保留卵巢手术后卵巢功能情况,并分析相关的影响因素.方法:对我院收治的接受保留卵巢的根治性子宫切除术治疗的早期宫颈癌患者98例进行为期至少半年的术后随访,化学发光免疫测定法测定性激素水平.FSH>40IU/L,E2<50pmol/L判定为卵巢功能衰竭.结果:6月时出现卵巢功能衰竭者17例(17.3%)...

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the ovarian function for surgical ovarian reservations in patients with early cervical cancer,and analyze related factors.Methods:We conducted a at least six months followed up for 98 patients with early cervical cancer who accepted radical hysterectomy with ovaries reserved.Sex hormones were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Ovarian failure was confirmed by FSH> 40 IU / L,E2 <50 pmol/L.Results:A total of 17 patients(17.3%) were confirmed of ovarian failure in the 6th month afte... |
