摘    要:以Na2WO4为钨源,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,采用水热法合成了W—SBA-15介孔分子筛,并用XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附、FT—IR、UV—Vis等手段对合成的分子筛进行了表征。结果表明,钨能有效地掺杂到SBA-15分子筛中,并且分散均匀,合成的W—SBA-15样品具有高度的有序介孔结构,其BET表面积和孔容分别为628m。/g和0.93cm^3/g,平均孔径为4.3nm。催化实验结果表明,W—SBA-15在燃油大分子有机硫化物的氧化反应中具有很高的催化活性和良好的再生性能,其中有机硫化物的反应活性顺序为二苯并噻吩〉4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩〉苯并噻吩。

Abstract:Tungsten - containing mesoporous molecular sieves W - SBA - 15 was synthesized by conventional hydrothermal method using Na2WO4 as tungsten source and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source. W - SBA -15 was characterized by XRD,TEM ,N2 adsorption- desorption, FT- IR and UV- Vis methods. The results showed that the tungsten in gel solution could be effectively incorporated into SBA - 15 and the tungsten species in W - SBA - 15 were highly dispersed. The BET surface area and pore volume of W - SBA - 15 were 628 m^2/g and 0.93 cm^3/g respectively. The mean BJH pore diameter was 4.3 nm, with very sharp pore size distribution. An oxidative desulfurization process of refractory sulfur compounds has been investigated using W - SBA - 15 as catalyst and H202 as the oxidizing agent. W - SBA - 15 showed high catalytic activity and reusability, and the reactivity order of these sulfur compounds was DBT 〉 4,6 - DMDBT 〉 BT.
