| 摘 要： | 光视效能（LER）是衡量光谱的重要性能指标,也直接决定了白光LED的理论光效。提出了在一定色温下,通过CIE色度系统计算得到白光LED光谱功率分布的一种简易方法,并由此探讨了LER随目标色温和光谱初始模型参数的变化趋势,为高光效的LED光谱优化设计指明了方向。

| Abstract: | Luminous efficacy of radiation （LER） is a vital property of a spectrum, and directly determines the theoretical luminous efficacy of white LEDs. This paper proposes an approach to calculate the spectral power distribution of white LEDs at a certain CCT in CIE colorimetric system, and discusses the trend of LER changing with target CCTs and parameters of primary spectral models. It provides a way to the spectrum optimization of high-efficiency LEDs. |
