“双一流”建设高校图书馆线上服务调查与思考

通过网络与电话调研方式对我国42所“双一流”建设高校图书馆的线上服务情况进行调查,然后从基础保障、阅读文化推广、科研决策、数字化系统、学习支持五大服务方向对调查结果进行详细分析,最后从提升馆员线上服务能力与水平、推动线上服务进入图书馆主流服务领域、深化线上服务与智慧化图书馆建设融合发展、全面推动高校图书馆线上创新服务体系的构建等方面提出建议。

Investigation and thinking on online services of "Double First-Class" university libraries

First, the online services of 42 "Double First-Class" university libraries in China were investigated through network and telephone research, and then the survey results were analyzed in detail from the five service directions of basic guarantee, reading culture promotion, scientific research decision-making, digital system and learning support. Finally, suggestions were put forward from the aspects of improving the online services of librarians, promoting online services into the mainstream service field of libraries, deepening the integrated development of online services and intelligent library construction, contributing to the construction of innovative online service system of university libraries.
