足三里穴位按摩对采血小板献血者不良心理状态及献血反应的影响

目的:观察足三里穴位按摩对采血小板献血者不良心理状态以及献血反应的影响。方法:将254例采血小板献血者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组127例。所有献血者均给予常规采血处理,对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予足三里穴位按摩,观察两组献血者的不良心理状态的变化、献血不良反应发生率以及献血反应改善效果。结果:观察组干预后焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,舒适评分量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为14.17%,观察组不良反应发生率为12.60%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组有效率为88.24%,观察组有效率为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:足三里穴位按摩可有效改善采血小板献血者不良心理状态及献血反应。

The Effect of Zusanli Acupoint Massage on the Adverse Psychological State and Blood Donation Reaction of Platelet Donors

Objective:To observe the effect of Zusanli(ST36)acupoint massage on the adverse psychological state and blood donation reaction of platelet donors.Method:254 platelet donors were randomly divided into control group and observation group,127 cases in each group.All blood donors were given routine blood collection treatment,the control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given Zusanli acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The change of the adverse psychological state,the incidence of adverse reactions and the improvement effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The score of self rating anxiety scale after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of comfort scale was higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 14.17% in the control group and 12.60% in the observation group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the effective rate was 88.24% in the control group and 100.00% in the observation group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zusanli acupoint massage can effectively improve the adverse psychological state and blood donation reaction of platelet donors.
