左卡尼汀对急性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能的影响

目的：观察左卡尼汀对急性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能的影响。方珐：选取急性肾功能衰竭患者82例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中治疗组42例，对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗；治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用左卡尼汀，疗程7日。结果：两组的血肌酐、尿素氮、肾小球滤过率、24h尿量变化经治疗后均有好转，与治疗前比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后又优于对照组（P〈0．05）；同时，治疗组治疗后在少尿总时间、少尿持续时间及尿蛋白恢复正常时间方面均较对照组明显缩短，有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规治疗急性肾功能衰竭基础上加用左卡尼汀，可有效改善肾功能，促进肾功能恢复，对于治疗急性肾功能衰竭患者有重要的治疗价值。

Effect of L-carnitine on the renal function of patients with acute renal failure

Objective： To observe the effect of L-carnitine on the renal function of patients with acute renal failure. Methods： Eighty-two patients with acute renal failure were selected, and were divided randomly into two groups： control group in which 40 cases recived conventional therapy, and treatment group in which 42 cases were treated with L-carnitine on the basis of above conventional therapy, with a course of 7 days. Results： After therapy, the blood serum creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, glumerular filtration rate （GFR） and 24-hour urine volume of two groups had a significantly improvement than pretherapy （P〈0.05）; The indexes in treatment group, furthermore, had a significantly improvement than control group （P〈0.05）; Meanwhile, the total oliguria time, persistent oliguria time after therapy and proteinuria reverse time of treatment group had a significantly decrease than control group Conclusion： Adding L-carnitine on the basis of conventional therapy can improve renal （P〈O.05）. function efficaciously and can facilitate renal function resumption. L-camitine may have significant value to patients with acute renal failure.
