It is important to determinate the investment in accordance with the laws and regulations. Especially the investment estimation of feasibility study stage, which is not only the consideration target of controlling engineering investment, but also the important basis of carrying out the investment sources and analyzing the investment return. On the basis of expounding the highway construction fundamental program, the present existing main problems of investment estimation in the feasibility study phase are analyzed. Through the analysis, the methods and measures to solve the problem existed are put forward , to ensure the quality and accuracy of the preparation of investment estimation.
