多普勒超声监测排斥反应时移植肾血流动力学改变

摘    要:本文回顾分析28例肾移植术后患者不同时期多普勒超声检查资料,以了解移植肾血流动力学在排斥反应时的改变。结果展示:移植肾发生排斥反应时,肾血流量(RBF)及平均血流速度(Vm)下降非常显著,阻力指数(RI)及肾血管阻力(RVR)显著上升,急性排斥时改变尤为明显。认为血流动力学参数的改变与排斥反应时组织病理改变相关,多普勒超声动态监测移植肾血流动力学改变,对排斥特别是早期慢性排斥有较高的诊断价值。

Abstract:The in formations of Doppler ultrasonic flowmetry of 28 patients after kidney transplantation wereanalysed with alm to investigate the transplant hemodynamics during rejection period. It demonstrated the renal blood flowand mean velocity were significantly declined, the resistance index (Rl) and renal vascular resistance (RVR) were.significantelevated. These changes were specifically observed during the acute rejection Period. Hemodynamic change associated withhistopathologic change of rejection can be monitored by Deppler ultrasound, especially for early chronic rejection period.
