食品企业诚信管理体系建设的实践

摘    要:我国食品工业发展过程中企业诚信缺失问题较为严重,给消费者生命健康安全带来严重危害,破坏了市场健康发展和社会稳定。食品企业诚信缺失一方面来自市场机制不健全机制下食品企业逐利行为取向和市场信息不对称机制的负面引导,另一方面来自外部监管失效环境下导致的诚信体系功能发挥不足和政府监管失范。针对食品企业诚信缺失造成的不利影响,应当分别从诚信经营理念塑造、市场信用管理制度构建以及法律法规制定等方面进行努力。

Abstract:In the development of China’s food industry,the lack of enterprise integrity was more serious,which brings serious harm to consumers’life,health and safety,and destroys the healthy development of the market and social stability.On the one hand,the lack of integrity of food enterprises comes from the negative guidance of profit seeking behavior orientation and market information asymmetry mechanism under the imperfect market mechanism.On the other hand,it comes from the lack of function of integrity system and the loss of government supervision under the environment of external supervision failure.In view of the adverse effects caused by the lack of integrity in food enterprises,the efforts should be made from the aspects of the shaping of the integrity management concept,the construction of the market credit management system and the formulation of laws and regulations.
