| 摘 要： | 目的观察激素、中药（牵正散为主方）、针灸综合治疗周围性面瘫疗效。方法将158例确诊为急性周围性面瘫的患者随机分为治疗组（A组）和对照组（B组）,治疗A组采用激素、中药和针灸综合治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗,治疗2个月判断疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率86.00%。结论激素、中药和针灸综合治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Observing the efficacy of hormone, Traditional Chinese medicine （Qianzheng powder as the main direction） and acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 158 patients diagnosed with acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group （A group） and control group （B group）, group A give comprehensive treatment of hormones, Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, control group received acupuncture treatment,2 months of treatment determine efficacy. Results Treatment group have the total efficiency of 100%,the control group have total effective rate of 86. 6 % ,the control group have total effccfive rate of 86. 00 %. Conclusion Hormone, Traditional Chinesemedicine and acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis have significant effect. |
