煤层气水平井筒加热煤层温度变化规律实验研究

摘    要:煤层温度的变化对煤层气的吸附和解吸规律有较大的影响,为煤层气高温助排具工艺技术的设计和施工提供理论依据。利用所研制的煤层气水平井筒加热煤层温度变化测量实验装置,进行了7种不同水平井筒温度条件下的煤层温度变化实验,揭示了煤层气水平井筒加热煤层温度变化规律。实验表明:离加热井筒越近,煤层温度升高越快;与井筒相同距离的测点,距离加热端越近的测点煤层温度升高越快;距离井筒远端测点温度变化很小,加热效果差;当井筒温度为140℃以上时,煤层升温幅度明显增加。

Abstract:The variation of coal seam temperature has a great influence on the adsorption and desorption law of coalbed methane, which provides theoretical basis for the design and construction of high temperature exhaust aid technology of coalbed methane.By using the experimental device developed for measuring the temperature change of coal seam heated by horizontal wellbore of coalbed methane(CBM), the experiments of coal seam temperature change under seven different conditions of horizontal wellbore temperature were carried out, revealing the law of temperature change of coal seam heated by horizontal wellbore of CBM.The experiment shows that the closer it is to the heating wellbore, the faster the coal seam temperature rises.For the measuring point with the same distance from the wellbore, the closer the measuring point is to the heating end, the faster the coal seam temperature rises.The temperature change from the measuring point at the far end of the wellbore is small and the heating effect is poor.When the wellbore temperature is above 140 ℃, the range of coal seam heating increases obviously.
