| 摘 要： | 慢性心力衰竭是多种心脏疾病的终末阶段,西医对心衰的治疗已形成较为规范的系统,但其预后仍较差。现有研究表明,中医药在慢性心力衰竭治疗中有一定优势,主要体现在缓解症状,提高生存质量等方面。本文收集并分析近年来中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的系统评价,以了解慢性心力衰竭治疗中中医药的应用现状以及疗效评价指标选择情况,为慢性心力衰竭治疗合理选用中医药提供参考,并指出当前系统评价的局限性,以期为进一步研究提供方向。

| Abstract: | Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the end stage of many heart diseases.Western medicine has formed a more standardized system for the treatment of heart failure,but its prognosis is still poor.Existing researches have shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain advantages in the treatment of CHF,which are mainly reflected in alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life.This study collected and analyzed the systematic reviews of TCM in the treatment of CHF in recent years,in order to understand the current application of TCM for CHF and the selection of efficacy evaluation indicators,thus to provide a reference for the rational choice of TCM for the treatment of CHF.In addition,this study pointed out the limitations of the current systematic review in order to provide directions for further research. |
