爱脉朗预防大鼠肝硬化门脉高压症的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察爱脉朗对大鼠肝硬化所致门脉高压症的预防作用。方法:Wistar大鼠随机为正常对照组,门脉高压组和爱脉朗预防组,采用左肾静脉周围去血管化加四氯化碳皮下注射诱导建立鼠肝硬化门脉高压症模型。爱脉朗预防组以爱脉朗全程喂服。观察各组肝脏,门静脉和脾脏和大体观,测定门静脉压力,做门静脉造影,观察门静脉超微结构的改变。结果:门脉高压组肝脏变小,脾脏明显变大,门静脉明显迂曲扩张;门静脉压力明显高于正常组(P<0.01);门静脉造影可见门脉主干变粗及杂乱的属支影;超微结构观察中膜层明显增厚,纤维增粗。结构紊乱。而爱脉朗预防组均有明显改善。结论:爱脉朗能有效预防大鼠肝化所致门脉高压症。

Abstract:Objective To observe the preventative effects of Alvenor on portal hypertension in hepatocirrhosis rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,portal hypertension group and Alvenor group.Carbon tetrachloride was subcutaneous injected after devasculavization in the circumference of left renal vein to make hepatocirrhosis model.The rats of Alvenor group were feeded with Alvenor in all the experimental period.At the end of the experiment,the naked appearance of liver,portal vein and spleen was viewed,and ultrastructure of portal vein was observed.Results In portal hypertention group,the livers got smaller and harder,portal veins got thicker and spleens got larger.The portal pressure was obviously higher than that in normal control group.Under the electron microcopic observation,the middle layer of portal vein got thicker and the fiber had proliferated,so the structure of the vein wall was disorder.In Alvenor group,all these indexes were better.Conclusion Alvenor can effectively prevent portal hypertension.
