我院2011~2013年抗菌药物用药分析

目的介绍我院实施抗菌药物专项整治和药学干预措施的效果,为促进合理用药提供有用信息。方法利用医院信息系统,收集我院2011²013年抗菌药物使用数据,对抗菌药物的费用比例、使用强度(AUD)、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果我院抗菌药物品种由整治前111种降到50种;门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例由30.0%下降至18.0%;住院患者抗菌药物应用率由65.0%下降至44.0%;AUD由整治前的63.8 DDD下降至整治后的48.6 DDD,降幅达23.8%;Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药比例由69.8%下降至7.3%。结论通过实施抗菌药物专项整治和药学干预,我院各项抗菌药物应用指标发生明显改善,但抗菌药物使用水平与卫生部要求还有一定的距离,仍需进一步加强管理。

ANALYSIS OF THE UTILIZATION OF ANTIBACTERIALS IN OUR HOSPITAL FROM 2011 TO 2013

Objective To present the effect of antimicrobial specific rectification work and pharmaceutical interventions implemented by our hospital,and to provide useful informaition for rational use of drugs. Methods Hospital information system was used to collect the datas of the the use of antibacterials from 2011 to 2013, and some statistics and analysis were done on the proportional cost, the use density and defined daily doses of antibacterials. Results The investigation revealed that after rectification, the antibacterial varieties decreased from 111 to 50, the percentage of antibiotics use in outpatient service and in inpatient department decreased from 30. 0% and 65.0% to 18.0% and 44. 0% dispectively; the antibacterial use density decrease from 63. 8 DDD to 48.6 DDD, a drop of 23.8% ; the preventive use of antibacterials in patients undergoing aseptic operations decreased from 69.8% to 7.3%. Conclusion The results showed that after antimicrobial specific rectification work and pharmaceutical interventions, although various indexs of use of antimicrobials were all improved, but there is a certain distance to meet the need of Minister of Health in antimicrobial application level, as a result,we need to further strengthen management.
