摘    要:针对某钢厂一新建高炉出现的异常膨胀现象,对拆除的炉体基墩耐热混凝土试样进行了XRD及化学分析测试,结合耐热混凝土的原材料和配合比进行分析,认为造成该事故主要原因是高炉基墩耐热混凝土原材料中氧化镁含量过高,过量的氧化镁在特定环境条件下发生水化反应,从而产生较大的体积膨胀.鉴于耐热混凝土基础膨胀引起的炉体上涨现象在许多钢厂普遍存在,建议在耐热混凝土的配制原材料中对氧化镁含量应提出相应的要求.

Abstract:Aim for the abnormal expansion of new blast furnace in a steelworks,XRD and chemical analysis tests were done for samples of heat-resisting concrete in furnace foundation pier.Combining analysis of raw materials and concrete mix,author thinks that the major reason of this accident is the content of magnesium oxide in raw materials is so high that hydrate in specific condition leading to volume increase.Whereas the ubiquity of he abnormal expansion in many steelworks,the corresponding requirement for the content of magnesium oxide in concrete mix must be presented.
