| 摘 要： | 目的：评价生长抑素类似物－善得定（Sandostatin）对食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的治疗效果。方法：研究了28例应用善得定治疗的食管胃底静脉破裂出血的止血率，并与同期住院应用垂体后叶素治疗的患者进行了对比。结果：善得定可明显提高食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的止血成功率，和垂体后叶素比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论：善得定作为治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血较好的一种药物可以在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | In order to assess the effect of sandostatin on the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding, 28 cases with esophageal varical bleeding were analyzed after infusing sandostatin,compared with 32 patients after infusing the VP.The result showed that sandostatin can increased the hemostatic rate from 31 .7% to 64.3%, with a significant difference between sandostatin and VP group, suggesting that sandostatin is important medicine to treat the esophageal variceal bleeding. |
