摘    要:电力系统是一个规模巨大的互联系统 ,获取系统关键点及主要设备的运行状态信息 ,必须依赖于统一的高精度的时间基准 ,GPS的出现使得全网的统一时钟变为现实。对于坝内式水电厂GPS信号的接收 ,当不能满足GPS卫星天线在 2 0m以内且天线上方 15°角锥内无结构遮挡的要求时 ,必须采用一定的措施才能满足电网状态监测的需要。本文介绍的设计方案可以有效解决这一问题。该方案的实现有利于水电厂基于GPS的监控、保护等单元的时钟统一 ,进而对分析事故起因有重要的意义

Abstract:The power system is a huge scale interconnection system. In order to gain the operation condition information of the key points of the system and its main devices, we must rely on the unified and high precise time base. GPS can reach a unified time clock in the whole network. For receiving the GPS signals of the hydro station within the dam, when the GPS satellite antenna cannot meet the requirements, some measures should be taken to meet the needs of power network condition monitoring. For this reason, the author puts forward the design scheme described in this paper. The implementation of such scheme is favorable to the unified time clock of the monitoring and protection elements based on GPS so that it has an important significance of analyzing the causes of power network failure.
