沉降槽耙机负荷监测系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对耙机负荷报警装置已不能达到实时监控目的情况,提出了采用组态软件FameView和可编程控制器PLC的耙机负荷监测系统设计方案.介绍了系统硬件组成、PLC控制程序的编制以及监控界面设计,利用工控机中的以太网卡和CP243-1实现了上位机与PLC的通信,可实现同时在线监测烧结法分离沉降槽的耙机负荷的要求.实践证明该系统操作方便,性能稳定,有较高的推广应用价值.

Abstract:Because the alarm device of raker load can not meet the need of monitoring real-time performance, the system based on configuration software FameView and the programmable controller is designed. The system of hardware components, PLC control programs and monitoring interface are introduced and the communication between the PLC and superior computer is realized by using CP243-1 and the build-in Ethernet card in the labor controlled machine. The requirementt has been achieved that the raker load of sintering process separation subsiders are online monitored at the same time. The practice shows that the system is convenient to operate with good stability. It illustrates a good prospect of application andd extension.
