| 摘 要： | 自１９８９年８月至１９９３年６月，对１２６例因食管癌致管腔重度狭窄或梗阻、食管气管瘘或纵隔瘘及术后吻合口瘘的患者，经鼻行食管腔内置管，配合临床治疗，收到满意效果。置管后能够合理地摄入多种营养物质，改善全身营养状况，为食管癌梗阻、气管瘘或纵隔瘘患者的进一步治疗提供了条件。此方法简便易行，安全可靠，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Intra-esophageal tube was instslled for l26 patients with esophageal
carcinoma who complicat serious stricture or com-plete stenosis of
esophagus,esphageal-mediastinal fistula,esophageal-tracheal fistula
and anastomic fistula from August,1989to June,1993.The results were
satisfactory. This method can help patients in takeing more nutrition
from diet,improve the gen-eral condition and provide a better health
for further therapy. therapy. This method is safe and easy to
operate. It is suitable tobe used in other hospitals |
