摘    要:以 4 烷基苯乙酮为原料 ,经过Willgerodt反应、水解、酯化、缩合、硼氢化钠还原等 5步反应合成了 2 (4 烷基苯基 ) 1,3 丙二醇。总收率大于 40 % ,产品质量分数均大于 99%。研究了反应物纯度、反应时间及反应温度对 4 戊基苯乙酸甲酯与甲酸甲酯的缩合反应的影响 ,确定了在45℃下、反应 4h为较理想的反应条件。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱的分析确定了目标化合物的结构

Abstract:Alkylphenyl)-1,3-propanediol was synthesized from 1-(4-alkylphenyl)-ethanone via five step reactions,namely Willgerodt reaction,hydrolysis,esterification,condensation reaction and reduction with sodium borohydride.The total yield of each of the five objective products(R=C 1~C 5) was more than 40%.The mass fractions of the products by GC were more than 99%.The condensation reaction of methyl 4-pentylphenylacetate with methyl formate was studied.It was found that the proper reaction condition was 4 h at 45 ℃.Structure of the product was determined by IR, 1H-NMR and IE.
