摘    要:研究了硅灰(SF)与磷渣(PS)和石灰石(Ls)微细粉的复合效应对高性能混凝土(HPC)流动性和流变性能的影响。SF与PS的复合可减小基材砂浆的塑性粘度,并明显增加混凝土的流动性。尽管SF在一定掺量范围内与LS复合对混凝土塑性粘度影响不大,但与LS单独使用相比,却降低了混凝土的流动性。本研究结果表明,利用粉体的复合效应能有效地优化混凝土的流动性和流变性能。

Abstract:In this paper, a compounding effect of silica fume (SF) with fine powders from phosphorus slag (PS) or limestone (LS) is investigated. It was found that such a compounding can achieve various fluidity & rheological property of concrete. The compound of PS with SF lowers plastic viscosity of matrix mortar, but enhance fluidity of concrete obviously. The compounding of LS with SF decreases fluidity of concrete, although the viscosity remains broadly unchanged compared with the concrete incorporating LS only. The experimental results showed that the fluidity & rheological property of concrete can be improved greatly by using the compounding effect of fine mineral powders.
