烤烟新品系L6-2选育研究

摘    要:用氮离子注入处理烟草SpeightG80干种子产生突变,在L2代选择性状优良的变异单株,其中一株系L6-2(氮离子处理剂量脉冲20次,能量30keV的后代)其形态特征与亲本存在着明显的差异,开白花(亲本花色粉红),叶较宽大,经连续选择鉴定选育出一个性状稳定,优质抗病新品系。

Abstract:Dry seeds of Speiht G-80 treated with N+ ion implantation, produced mutant. Individual plant which expressed fine properties were selected in L2 generation, in which one individual plant was diferent from its parents. By eight-years selection, a new strain (L6-2) that possess steady properties and high quality disease-resistant had been developed.
