蕲蛇酶与奥扎格雷钠联合应用治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

目的:研究蕲蛇酶与奥扎格雷钠联合应用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法:将88例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(44例,单独使用奥扎格雷钠80mg,bid,ivggt,共14d)和联合治疗组(44例,蕲蛇酶0.75IU,qd,ivggt,联合应用奥扎格雷钠80mg,bid,ivggt,共14d)。用药前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分及血液流变学、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率检测,并观察其不良反应。结果:治疗14d后联合治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分及血液流变学、纤维蛋白原较对照组显著下降(P<0.05);2组血小板聚集率均下降(P<0.01)。结论:蕲蛇酶联合应用奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死有效、安全。

Acutobin Combined with Ozagrel Sodium for Acute Cerebral Infarction

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the efficacy and safety of acutobin combined with ozagrel sodium for acute cerebral infarction. METHODS： 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and combination therapy group（n=44）. Control group were given intravenous injection of ozagrel sodium 80 mg twice a day for 14 days. Ozagrel sodium group were given intravenous injection of acutobin 0.75 IU and ozagrel sodium 80 mg twice a day for 14 days. Neurological damage, blood rheology, fibrinogen, PAG in each group was detected before and after treatment while adverse drug reactions were observed. RESULTS： Neurological damage, blood rheology and fibrinogen in combination therapy group were decreased significant- ly, compared with control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. PAG of both groups were decreased （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Acutobin combined with ozagrel sodium is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
