适用于电站锅炉的气固两相流电容相关流量测量系统

摘    要:针对于电站锅炉的气固混合物流特性,提出了一种针对气固两相流质量流量进行在线连续测量的方法。通过电容传感器对被测固相浓度的测量,获取电容传感器与被测固相质量浓度的关系;提出气/固两相流互相关算法,对双电容传感器构成的电容相关流速测量系统进行研制,完成气固两相流电容相关流量的测量。实测结果表明,该气固两相流电容相关流量系统能够应用于电站锅炉煤粉检测的需求。

Abstract:Based on the gas-solid mixture flow characteristic in the utility boiler,an on-line continuous measurement method for gas-solid mass flow rate is presented.By measuring the solid concentration with the capacitance sensor,the relationship with the measured solid mass concentration and the capacitance sensor is obtained.The cross-correlation algorithm of gas-solid flow is developed,and the capacitance correlation flow velocity measurement system is designed on the two-capacitance sensors.At last,the capacitance correlation flow rate measurement system of gas-solid flow is implemented.The results of measurement showed that the capacitance correlation flow rate measurement system could be applied to pulverized coal detection in the station boiler.
