摘    要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、PEG1000和甲基丙烯酸-B-羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,通过分步法合成聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯(PUMA)预聚物并对合成工艺及动力学参数进行了研究,确认TDI与PEG、TDI聚氨酯中间体与HEMA这2步反应均为二级反应.反应活化能分别为34.533kJ/mol、87471kJ/mol;这2步反应的最佳反应温度为65℃、70℃,其相应的反应速率常数分别为2.578×10^-3L/(mol·s)、2.1889×10^-2L/(mol·s)。

Abstract:Using toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyethylene glycol (PEG1000) and hydroxyethyl methacrylat (HEMA) as the raw materials, the polyurethane methy acrylate ( PUMA ) prepolymer was synthesized by stepwise method. And the synthesis process and the kinetic parameters were studied.The results showed that the reactions of TDl and PEG1000, TDI polyurethane intermediate and HEMA during the reactions were secondorder reactions, the reaction activation energies were 34.533 kJ / mol and 87.471kJ / mol, the best reaction temperatures were 65 ℃ and 70℃, the corresponding rate constants were 2.578×10^-3L/(mol·s) and 2.1889 ×10^-2L/(mol·s) ,respectively.
